Frequently Asked Questions

Are vendor tables still available?

Yes, they are. We have currently at the time of this writing ten vendor tables avaialbe for $50 dollars. Click here to reserve yours. There will be no vendor tables purchasing the day of the conference, but you can RSVP online and pay at the door. Unpaid for tables will be utilize for charities on a first come first serve basis.

And why aren't the events being held in one location all weekend long?

To keep the cost of the conference as economical for participants, The EOM chairperson utilizes volunteers, bartering and other low cost methods to help with the total cost o the conference. This year, there were no grants available for this conference, monetary sponsorship and donations have been little to none and the usual conference chest, which comes from the EOM chairperson was cut low due to being laid off. (Honest!)

Why are some of the events for free?

We would like to encourage all participants in this year's conference to bring gently used books. We need these in order to help organizations and households have advantages in fostering more reading in homes. Yet, with our economy struggling, the cost of paperbacks rising, we found a lot of books cannot be obtained
